Is date modification possible?

Absolutely! You can change your date up to two times, provided that you give us at least a 1 day advance notice. No additional fee is charged.

What is your policy regarding event cancellation?

In case events are rescheduled within 1 days, the full payment for perishable items is required. However, we always strive to accommodate your needs and find the best solution together.

Ho✔vv does the billing process work?

Our billing process includes a down-payment of 50%, as well as a final payment of the remaining 50% no later than 24 hours prior to your event.

How can I manage guest invitations?

We have a user-friendly online guest management system equipped with an easy-to-navigate “Invites” section that you can efficiently manage yourself or leave it to us.

Is an invoice available for my purchase?
